These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
11) Data Protection Policy (Singapore PDPA)
11.1 Our PDPA obligations
We manage personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”), including obligations such as consent, notification, purpose limitation, protection, retention limitation, access/correction, transfer limitation, and (where applicable) data breach notification.
11.2 What personal data we may collect
Depending on your interaction with the Website, we may collect:
identifiers/contact details (e.g., name, email, phone number) that you provide;
message content submitted through forms or enquiries;
technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type, device info, pages visited);
cookie/analytics data (see 11.6).
11.3 How we collect personal data

Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore (e.g., via cloud services), we will take reasonable steps to ensure a comparable standard of protection consistent with PDPA requirements.
11.10 Data breach management
If a data breach occurs, we will assess whether notification is required and, where applicable, notify the PDPC and affected individuals as soon as practicable in line with PDPA requirements.
