MoneyMethods.sg (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal data responsibly in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, retain, and manage your personal data when you visit or interact with our website, forms, or communication channels.

We will inform you of the likely consequences (e.g., we may be unable to continue responding or providing certain services) and stop the relevant collection/use/disclosure within a reasonable time, subject to legal/operational requirements. 5) Disclosure to third parties (service providers)
We may share personal data with trusted third parties only where necessary, such as:
website hosting, email, analytics, forms, scheduling, and other IT/service providers (acting as data intermediaries/service providers);
professional advisers (e.g., legal/accounting) where required; and
regulators/law enforcement if legally required.
We take reasonable steps to ensure such parties protect personal data appropriately.

remember preferences; and/or

You may request access to your personal data and information about how it was used/disclosed, or request corrections, by contacting compliance@moneymethods.sg. We may need to verify your identity and PDPA exceptions may apply.
11) Marketing messages and opt-out
If you provide your contact details, we may contact you to respond to your enquiry and (where appropriate) share relevant information. If you do not wish to receive such messages, you can opt out anytime by contacting compliance@moneymethods.sg.
12) Data breach management
If a data incident occurs, we will assess whether it is notifiable and, where required, notify the PDPC as soon as practicable and no later than 3 calendar days after determining it is notifiable, and notify affected individuals as soon as practicable.
13) Links to third-party websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. Please review their policies separately.
